Setting up E-mail (this was done on Outlook Express 6.0 but should be similar to any Outlook Express version)
Go to Outlook Express.
Click "Tools" on the top toolbar select "Accounts" When that window opens, be sure you are in the "Mail" tab.
Select "Add" in the upper Right corner, select "Mail" You should then see a screen similar to the one below.
Click Next. Enter Your E-mail Address
Click Next. Enter mail.widaho.net in the server info boxes.
Click Next. Enter your Password, Click Next then finish.
Be SURE that you do NOT place a check in "Log on using Secure......"
