Go To "Tools" >"Internet Options"
 Click Delete Cookies
Click Delete Files
Click Clear History
Click
Apply Click OK
How to Manage
"Cookies" that websites want to place on your computer.
Internet Explorer does not Dial
and you get a "Page Cannot Be Displayed" error.
Go To "Tools" >"Internet Options"
Make sure that your connection (MAY be
named different from picture) to Western Idaho Internet is set as
"Default". Put the "dot" in "Always Dial my
default connection" Click
Apply Click OK
Close all open programs and reboot your
computer.
Try Internet Explorer again.
