This worm does not currently
affect Win 95, Win 98 or Win ME. BUT...You should STILL go to Windows
Update and install all critical updates AND update your Anti Virus
software!

This worm is
NOT an email carried virus. The Western Idaho Internet email virus
scanning software cannot block it!
It propagates by direct scans from the

This worm attacks Windows based 2000,
NT and XP computers that are NOT current on their CRITICAL Windows updates.
The worm will continually
shutdown and restart your computer while you are on the Internet.

You must download and install the
MS patch In many cases, you will need to do this before you can continue
with the removal instructions. If you are not able to remove the infection or
prevent re-infection using the following instructions,
first download and install the patch.

You can protect your computer by having an UP TO DATE anti virus program installed
that is scanning your computer AND by doing all of the Windows Critical
updates (There IS and has been a patch available from Microsoft for nearly a
