service endeavors to catch all email-sourced viruses, but cannot guarantee
detection and removal of unknown viruses.
Western Idaho Internet recommends that you have anti virus software
installed on your computer for the purpose of detection, scanning and removal of
known/unknown system viruses either pre-existing on your PC hard drive or ported
to your hard drive from a non-email source.
Circumstances where viruses may escape the scanning and detection system include
but are not limited to, new viruses where software manufacturers have not yet
issued signatures, as well as all situations of encrypted emails, which by their
nature cannot be scanned, email
accounts from an outside provider i.e. Yahoo, Juno, Hotmail etc, viruses
that may be attached to an email that was received prior to our initiating
this service and is subsequently re-opened

any third party your personal information including email address unless
required by law enforcement agencies without prior approval from you.

the customer's responsibility to keep backup copies of any data posted to

access to the website and contents and is not responsible for the content or

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
The purpose of the Acceptable Use Policy
(AUP) is to provide clear expectations for Western Idaho Internet users.

By using any service Western Idaho Internet provides, you agree to observe all
of the provisions of these Terms of Service and Operating Rules as they may be
in effect from time to time. Western Idaho Internet reserves the right to make
changes to this policy without prior notification to users.
Internet Etiquette:
You are expected to be familiar with and to practice good Internet etiquette
(Netiquette). You will comply with the rules appropriate to any network to which
Western Idaho Internet may provide access.
You will not post, transmit, or permit Internet access to information you desire
to keep confidential. You will not post or transmit any information or software
that contains a virus, illicit code or other harmful components. You will not
post or transmit any material that is pornographic, sexually graphic, or for solicitation.
You will not post any material that is illegal, libelous, tortious, or likely to
result in retaliation against Western Idaho Internet by offended users. You will
not make automated posts or submissions to Western Idaho Internet or allow
anyone else to do so on your behalf. Western Idaho Internet reserves the right
to refuse or terminate access at any time.
You agree to indemnify and hold Western Idaho Internet harmless from any damage
to Western Idaho Internet's business, service, equipment, network, operations,
or reputation resulting from your actions including without limitation any
government actions, acts of vandalism or other retaliation, and any claims of
libel, unfair competition, infringement of any patent, copyright, trademark,
service mark, or other intellectual property right, violation of privacy, or
other tort.
SPAM/UCE:
SPAM/UCE mailing of any sort will not be permitted. You will be held accountable
for all actions including any SPAM/UCE originating from your logged I.P. network
account, network device or any SPAM/UCE mailing that causes Western Idaho
Internet to respond regardless of point of origin.
Upon Notification that such an act has occurred, Western Idaho Internet will
terminate the account, retain IP logs and may in turn pass along any expenses
incurred.
Password Protection:
Users are responsible for protecting their password and for any authorized or
unauthorized use made of your password. You will not use or permit anyone to use
Western Idaho Internet's service to guess passwords or access other systems or
networks. In the event a network or network device becomes compromised, Western
Idaho Internet will assist in the tracking and/or expulsion of said offender on
the network level to an extent they find reasonable. Western Idaho Internet is
not responsible for securing a customer account beyond the equipment Western
Idaho Internet installs.
Illegal Activity:
Use of Western Idaho Internet service for illegal or improper activity of any
kind, including unauthorized usage as previously described, forged header or
user identification information and/or software piracy is prohibited. Western
Idaho Internet will fully cooperate with law enforcement authorities in the
detection and prosecution of illegal activity.
